工作原理:
將(jiang)藥(yao)材投(tou)入(ru)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)內,加(jia)(jia)入(ru)5—10倍的(de)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)如水(shui)、乙醇、甲醇、丙酮等(根據工藝要(yao)求(qiu))。開(kai)啟提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong),使(shi)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)加(jia)(jia)熱(re)至(zhi)(zhi)沸騰20--30分鐘后(hou),用抽濾(lv)管將(jiang)三分之(zhi)一(yi)的(de)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)抽入(ru)濃(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)罐(guan)。關閉提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)直(zhi)統(tong)與夾套熱(re)水(shui),開(kai)啟濃(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)罐(guan)直(zhi)統(tong)與加(jia)(jia)熱(re)系(xi)統(tong)使(shi)濃(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)汁溫度保持(chi)在(zai)80℃左右,真空度保持(chi)在(zai)-0.05到-0.08MPA,濃(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)時產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)二(er)(er)次蒸汽(qi)經過冷凝器與冷卻器變(bian)成冷凝液(ye)回流至(zhi)(zhi)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)做(zuo)新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)加(jia)(jia)入(ru)藥(yao)里(li),新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)由(you)上而下通過藥(yao)材層到提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)底部,藥(yao)材中的(de)可溶(rong)(rong)(rong)性成分溶(rong)(rong)(rong)解于(yu)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)內溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)經抽濾(lv)管抽入(ru)濃(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)罐(guan),濃(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)產(chan)生(sheng)的(de)二(er)(er)次蒸汽(qi)又(you)送至(zhi)(zhi)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)做(zuo)新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji),形(xing)成新(xin)溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)回流提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu),直(zhi)至(zhi)(zhi)*溶(rong)(rong)(rong)出(提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)液(ye)無色(se))濃(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)繼續進(jin)行,直(zhi)至(zhi)(zhi)濃(nong)(nong)縮(suo)(suo)成需要(yao)的(de)比重藥(yao)膏,提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu)罐(guan)內的(de)無色(se)液(ye)體(ti)可下次復用,若是有(you)機溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)提(ti)(ti)取(qu)(qu)(qu),則(ze)先加(jia)(jia)適(shi)量水(shui),開(kai)直(zhi)統(tong)與夾套熱(re)水(shui),回收溶(rong)(rong)(rong)劑(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)(ji)后(hou),將(jiang)渣排掉。
